everyone is annoyed bc i have emetophobia. "It wont even happen.." that doesnt help. I got my period and i feel so sick. I am scared but reading this comments, i feel safe. I am not alone.

Yesterday my mother ate something that made her vomit and while she was vomiting she was literally moaning in pain. I have never felt such despair in my life.

I wear an anti nausea bracelet. It helps if you feel nauseous all the time. I wear it cuz it makes me feel safe and calmed, cuz I know that I won't get sick if I wear the bracelet. It helps you. It says anti nausea and vomiting.

Oh please. I struggle with Emetophobia badly. My fear is throwing up.

My mom is afraid of covid 19.

My dad is afraid of viruses.

My older brother is afraid of coughing.

My older sister is afraid of fever.

My little brother is afraid of diarrhea.

I'm afraid of puking.

Ive never felt more seen by reading these comments and watching this video. I totally relate to the cycle. First im scared ill get nauseous, then ill get nauseous, then i get scared ill throw up, then before you know it im crying. Life is hard

I have to tell you something! I used to listen to this video a lot over and over during severe panic attacks that would last for hours. Thank you for making this. I finally found a program that works and am free :) If you or anyone else here is still suffering reach out to me-you do not have to live with emetophobia! xoxox

Thank you. This is so hard to deal with at school you helped me a lot (and you guys in the comments who relate!) I have a gag reflex which makes it hard for me to burp. It’s so scary because whenever I feel like I need to burp I gag instead which makes me feel so scared.

I have terrible Emetophobia. I have a fear of throwing up. I've had it for two months.

once at lunch, a girl on the table next to me said to her friend 'you're so dumb, my god' and i yelled 'IN GOD WE TRUST, BUT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHAT GOT DISCUSSED' and she stared at me like i was mad, but someone else heard me and shouted 'CAUSE NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE ROOM WHERE IT HAPPENED' i think we're indirect besties now :)

😂 I've had anxiety for 2 months.

I grew up during Disney Channel's golden era 1999-2007 when almost every show was iconic and after that the channel only had two or three decent shows while the rest was hot garbage. But Wizards along with Good luck Charlie and Jessie were actually good and reminiscent of classic DC. I remember this show being one of the last shows I actually enjoyed watching every Friday night before outgrowing the channel 😂 so thanks for the trip down memory lane and hope you do a few on That's So Raven, Proud Family, Lizzie Mcguire, Even Stevens etc. 👍

I had a panic attack yesterday it was terrible.

i’ve been coming to this video for years everytime i start to get anxious or have a panic attack and it’s called me down every time. i grew up watching this but clearly never grew out of the anxiety lol

And I just wanted to say that off you have a fear you need to tell someone or get help and it would really help me and all of you guys if you say what fear you have cause I would like to know if I'm going threw this alone
